The single contract includes the study of the project, the costs of its execution with insurances. It commits to a firm price and delays based on clearly defined services.

Here, the Project Manager will carefully select all the right craftsmen for your project, will manage their interventions in a timely manner, while making sure their work meets the highest standards, delivering a property ready to move in.

In addition to the gain in simplicity and ease of communication, this mission allows you, if needed, to expand your ambition towards an all-inclusive “turnkey” project: including for instance decorative elements, beddings, a complete battery for custom made kitchen.
